PRIMAR Web Chart Service Used in Estonia

The map application is the result of the cooperation between the Estonian Maritime Administration, the Estonian Land Board and PRIMAR.

The map application displays the Estonian Basic Map or the orthophoto, and it is based on the Land Board web map server X-GIS.

The information about sea areas is based on electronic navigational charts developed from data collected by the Estonian Maritime Administration, in addition to data submitted about ports.

The application gives the viewer information about depths of sea areas, hazards, AtoN and other details. No specific hardware or software is required for viewing.

The map application is not suitable for navigation.

Currently, the application is being tested. If necessary, changes will be introduced.
