Web-based customer centre
PRIMAR customers can conveniently access help directly at the web-based customer centre, where they can find their contact details, the status and history of any requests, frequently-asked questions, documentation, and so forth.

This information will be continually updated, allowing customers to stay up-to-date and get answers to questions which would otherwise require a phone call to PRIMAR. The web-based customer centre will be available around the clock throughout the year, and can be accessed here at PRIMAR support
