Cooperating HO's and authorised distributors will have access to the Primar protected internet based services such as the Virtual Primar Network (VPN and VRC) and online order of cell permits using the Primar Chart Catalogue.

Primar will provide you with a Username, pin code and VASCO Go-3 token to access its ENC services.
To login to the ENC services, you must provide a valid username and password. The password consists of a combination of your personal pin code, and the key displayed on your VASCO token. (If your pin code is 1234, your password will be 1234342601 using the example from the VASCO token below).
The VASCO Go-3 token:

The Digipass GO 3 is very small, and features a high contrast LCD display and a single button. This combination offers the ultimate in user-friendliness and high security: One push on the button and the Digipass GO 3 shows a unique one-time password on its LCD display. The user then enters this one-time password into their application login screen. 

If you encounter any problem using your VASCO token, please try the following procedures before contacting Primar helpdesk :

  • Re-start the application (VPN or Primar Chart Catalogue)
  • Logon again

If problem still exists.

  1. Select Start menu on your PC desktop - then;
    - Settings
    - Control Panel
    - Java and Temporary Internet Files
  2. Choose the option delete files

  3. In your internet browser select Tools then;
    - Internet Options and Temporary Internet Files

  4. Choose the option delete files

  5. Logon to VPN or Chart Catalogue again.
